1... Perjanjian Al-Fudul atau disebut Hilf al-Fudul : FUDUL itu sendiri bermaksud "MULIA". Perjanjian al-Fudul dimeterai di rumah Abdullah bin Jad'an.

Perjanjian ini dimenterai diantara puak2 kaum Musyrikin Quraisy dari Bani Hashim, Bani Muttalib, Bani Asad bin Abdul 'Uzza, Zahrah bin Kallab dan Taym bin Murrah.

Perjanjian ini sebenarnya adalah perjanjian yang dibuat diantara kaum Muslimin yg dizalimi (ketika itu) dengan kaum pemerintah Kafir Musyrikin yang lebih memberikan penekanan kepada urusan PERDAGANGAN yang lebih adil.

2... Perjanjian Al-Fudul yg dimenterai dgn kaum pemerintah Musyrikin Quraisy di MEKAH ini di buat pada AWAL abad ke-7 Masihi. Perjanjian ini termenterai setelah terjadinya peperangan al-Fujjar dan setelah kaum Muslimin keluar dan berjalan membentuk dua barisan menuju Kaabah.

Peperangan Al-Fujjar berlaku semasa usia Baginda lima belas tahun ( 586 masihi ) manakala Mekah hanya berjaya diperintah mengikut acuan Islam oleh Nabi kita Nabi Muhamad saw pada tahun 628 masihi, iaitu selepas beberapa tahun perjanjian Al-Fudul dibuat.

Jika kita lihat fakta 1 dan 2 sahaja jelas menunjukkan bahawa yang ditentang oleh Nabi kita Nabi Nabi Muhamad saw adalah pemerintahan kejam kaum kafir terhadap muslimin dan bukan yang menentang pemerintahan sesama Islam sepertimana yang dilakukan oleh PAS dalam BERSIH.

3... Berdasarkan sirah Nabi dan sahabat, demonstrasi terhadap pemerintah Muslim dalam bentuk seperti ditunjukkan oleh masyarakat dunia hari ini (sama ada secara aman atau liar) tidak pernah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad s.a.w. dan para sahabat radhiallahu ‘anhum.

Kekuatan sanad kisah perjanjian Al-Fudul juga pernah dipertikaikan. Kisah ini telah diriwayatkan oleh Abu Nu’aim dalam Hilyatul Auliya’ 1/40 berkata:

"Telah menceritakan kepada kami Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Hasan, berkata: Telah menceritakan kepada kami Muhammad bin Utsman bin Abi Syaibah berkata: Telah menceritakan kepada kami Abdul Hamid bin Shalih berkata: Telah menceritakan kepada kami Muhammad bin Aban dari Ishaq bin Abdullah dari Aban bin Shalih dari Mujahid dari Ibnu Abbas dari Umar bin al Khattab."

(*sanad: bermaksud salasilah atau pertalian antara beberapa orang rawi yg meriwayatkan sesuatu hadis. Atau jalan yang bersambung sampai kepada matan, perawi yang meriwayatkan matan hadits dan menyampaikannya. Sanad dimulai dari rawi yang awal (sebelum pencatat hadits) dan berakhir pada orang sebelum Rasulullah saw yakni Sahabat. Misalnya al-Bukhari meriwayatkan satu hadits, maka al-Bukhari dikatakan mukharrij atau mudawwin (yang mengeluarkan hadits atau yang mencatat hadits), perawi yang sebelum al-Bukhari dikatakan awal sanad sedangkan Sahabat yang meriwayatkan hadits itu dikatakan akhir sanad.)

Taraf riwayat ini sangat lemah dan ia bertentangan dengan hadith-hadith shahih yang lain. Kelemahannya adalah dari segi sanad dan matan.

4... Adapun dari segi sanad adalah kerana di dalam riwayat tersebut terdapat seorang yang bernama Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Farwah.

Imam an Nasa’i berkata: “Dia seorang yang matruk (orang yang ditinggalkan haditsnya)”.

Imam al Bukhari berkata: “Para ulama’ meninggalkannya”.

Imam Baihaqi berkata: “Dia matruk“.

Imam Yahya bin Ma’in berkata: “Dia pendusta”.

Imam Ibnu Hibban berkata: “Dia membolak-balikkan sanad, memarfu’kan hadith mursal, dan Imam Ahmad melarang meriwayatkan hadithnya”.

5... Dari segi matan pula, riwayat tersebut menyebut Umar bin al Khattab, kerana kasahihan Umar ke dalam agama Islam ketika itu boleh dipertikaikan. Maka riwayat ini bertentangan dengan beberapa riwayat shahih yang lain.

Mengenai Islamnya Umar bin al Khattab seperti diriwayatkan dari Abdullah bin Umar disebut sepertimana yang dinyatakan diantaranya hadis yang terdapat di dalam Shahih al Bukhari serta hadis Bidayah Wan Nihayah 3/81 oleh Imam Ibnu Katsir.

Jelaslah jika dilihat fakta 3, 4 dan 5 sahaja secara terang-terangan menunjukkan hujjah-hujjah yang diguna pakai oleh PAS adalah terlalu lemah untuk mengISLAMkan demonstrasi.

Tidak ada satu pun panduan dari ulama salaf yang berdalilkan hadith sahih yang membenarkan demontrasi jalanan.

Ketahuilah wahai juak-juak PAS dalam Pakatan Haram bahawa amalan agama yang bersifat pasti dan qati’e berkaitan aqidah dan rukun Islam tidak boleh disamakan dengan amalan muamalat atau hubungan sesama manusia yang bersifat kurang pasti dan dzanni.

Ketahuilah wahai juak-juak PAS dalam Pakatan Haram bahawa amalan berdemonstrasi adalah sesuatu yang bid’ah dhalalah (perkara yang diada-adakan dan sesat hukumnya) jika ia dikaitkan dengan amalan beragama (contohnya mewajibkan orang ramai menyertai demonstrasi atas ‘fatwa’ agama atau justifikasi bahawa ia merupakan suatu ibadah).

6... Dalam bab muamalah, ulama usul fiqh telah membina satu kaedah usul iaitu “al-aslu fil asyyia al-ibahah ma lam yurid dalil at-tahrim” bermaksud “hukum asal sesuatu perkara itu adalah harus kecuali ada dalil tentang pengharamannya”. Yang secara terang menjelaskan terdapat banyak kemungkaran-kemungkaran yang didapati dari amalan berdemonstrasi terhadap pemerintah Muslim.

Dijelaskan bahawa berdemonstrasi terhadap pemerintah Muslim adalah berbentuk tasyabbuh, iaitu menyerupai perbuatan orang-orang kafir.

Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda:

“Barangsiapa yang menyerupai sesuatu kaum, maka mereka termasuk golongan tersebut.” [Hadith Riwayat Ahmad, shahih]

(Tidak semua perkara atau perbuatan orang-orang kafir mesti ditolak atau dilarang iaitu sesuatu yang bukan merupakan ciri-ciri khusus orang-orang kafir, sama ada aqidah, adat-istiadat, atau peribadatannya, dan hal itu tidak bertentangan dengan nas-nas serta prinsip-prinsip syariah, atau tidak dikhuatiri akan membawa kepada kerosakan. Maka yang demikian itu tidaklah termasuk dalam tasyabbuh.)

7... Syeikh Muhammad Nasiruddin al-Albaani berpendapat bahawa perbuatan demonstrasi adalah termasuk dalam bentuk tasyabbuh terhadap orang kafir.

Pendapat beliau ini boleh dipakai terhadap Perhimpunan Bersih 2.0 kerana demonstrasi Bersih yang pertama dahulu telah membuktikan bahawa ia telah menimbulkan kerosakan, kesusahan dan kerugian harta benda kepada masyarakat awam.

8... Demonstrasi terhadap pemerintah juga boleh dimasukkan ke dalam kategori khuruj (keluar menentang pemerintah) yang mana ianya dilarang oleh Rasulullah s.a.w. dalam banyak hadith-hadith shahih.

Salah satunya sepertimana disebut didalam riwayat bahawa Said bin Jahman r.a. berkata:

“Aku datang kepada Abdullah bin Abu Aufa, matanya buta, aku mengucapkan salam." Beliau bertanya kepadaku: "Siapa engkau?" "Said bin Jahman, jawabku." Beliau bertanya: "Kenapa dengan ayahmu?" Aku katakan: "Al-Azariqah telah membunuhnya." Beliau berkata: "Semoga Allah melaknat Al-Azriqah, semoga Allah melaknat Al-Azriqah. Rasulullah sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mengatakan bahawa mereka anjing-anjing neraka."

Aku bertanya: "(Yang dilaknat sebagai anjing-anjing neraka) Al-Azriqah sahaja atau Khawarij semuanya?" Aku katakan: "Beliau menjawab: Ya! Khawarij semuanya." Aku katakan: "Tetapi sesungguhnya pemerintah telah berbuat kezaliman kepada rakyatnya?" Maka beliau mengambil tanganku dan memegang dengan sangat kuat, kemudian berkata: "Celaka engkau wahai Ibnu Jahman! Wajib atasmu berpegang dengan sawadul a'zham, wajib atasmu untuk berpegang dengan sawadul a'zham.

Jika kau ingin pemerintah mahu mendengar nasihatmu, maka datangilah dan khabarkan apa yang engkau ketahui. Itu kalau dia menerima, kalau tidak, tinggalkan! Sesungguhnya engkau tidak lebih tahu darinya." [Hadith Riwayat Ahmad, shahih]

9...Sedarlah wahai juak-juak PAS dalam Pakatan Haram, bahawa kalian tidak akan mendapat sebarang pahala kebaikan sepertimana yang telah dinyatakan Abu Ishaq al-Sabi’i r.h. daripada pembesar ulama Tabiin berkata:

“Tidak ada suatu kaum yang mencerca pemimpin mereka melainkan (mereka) akan terhalang daripada mendapat kebaikannya”. [al-Tamhid, Ibn Abdil Barr, al-Fitan, Abu Amru al-Dani]

Walaupun Islam memang mewajibkan rakyat menegur pemerintah yang zalim walaupun kepada firaun sekalipun, nasihat kepada pemerintah itu hendaklah dilakukan dengan bahasa yang paling baik dan paling lunak serta dalam keadaan yang terhormat serta haram mencela dan mengaibkan pemimpin di hadapan khalayak ramai berdasarkan firman Allah s.w.t: Surah Taha: 43-44:

“Pergilah kamu berdua kepada Firaun, Sesungguhnya ia telah melampaui batas dalam kekufurannya. “Kemudian hendaklah kamu berkata kepadanya, dengan kata-kata yang lemah-lembut, semoga ia beringat atau takut”.

Berdasarkan surah ini sahaja telah menunjukkan bahawa Demonstrasi BERSIH itu sahaja telah bertentangan dengan seruan dan firman Allah s.w.t. Lebih memburukkan keadaan penganjur BERSIH telah menjemput wartawan-wartawan asing demi memutar belitkan fakta serta memburuk-burukkan dan mengaibkan kerajaan.

Sedarlah wahai juak-juak PAS bahawa kalian telah menentang seruan dan firman Allah s.w.t.

10... Bukan sahaja perbuatan bersekongkol dengan Demonstrasi Jalanan BERSIH itu bertentangan dengan firman ALLAH, tetapi ia juga menentang apa yang telah diseru oleh Nabi kita Nabi Muhammad s.a.w

Sabda Nabi s.a.w:

“Sesiapa yang hendak menasihati pemimpin akan sesuatu urusan maka janganlah dia melakukannya terang-terangan tetapi peganglah tangannya dan bersendirianlah dengannya (lalu nasihatlah), jika dia (pemimpin) menerimanya maka demikianlah yang dikehendaki, jika tidak maka dia telah melaksanakan tanggungjawabnya”. [Hadith Riwayat Ahmad, shahih]

Jika kita rujuk dari fakta 1 sehingga fakta ke 10 sudah jelas lagi bersuluh bahawa Haji Hadi dengan sengaja memutar belitkan fakta dan menyembunyikan kebenaran.

2 hari lepas, dalam perlawanan ragbi sedunia yang berlangsung di australia, pasukan tuan rumah tumbang dan kalah teruk kepada pasukan samoa. aku tengok badan sorang2 player ragbi samoa dah macam mark henry, pemain wrestling wwe yang gempal.

hulk hogan pernah tewas ditangan ultimate warrior.

stone cold steve austin pernah tewas di tangan bret hart.

triple h pernah tewas ditangan undertaker.

kalah menang itu wajar diterima.

penjaga gol harus ditukarkan. sarbani alawi agak berat untuk 'melayangkan' badannya ke sana dan kemari. kami tak salahkan kamu wahai sarbani alawi, tapi changes di posisi golkeeper wajar diberi perhatian. penjaga gol kebangsaan farizal wajar diberi peluang menjaga gawang gol. dia cukup perform masa lawan chelsea.

pertahanan malaysia berjersi nombor 2, mahali jasuli tidak perlu diturunkan pada perlawan khamis depan. dia nampak longlai pada game malam tadi.

Thanks to Google Analytics and StatCounter I have a pretty good idea of what flies around here and it turns out that a lot of people come here hoping to see Austin Butler without a shirt on. (Blonds must have more fun. The top three searches leading to this blog are for Ed Speleers, Austin, and Alex Pettyfer. Most of the searchers want to know if they are either shirtless or gay.) Unfortunately, I have scoured the internet and have found darned few new pictures of the Austin to be shared. It is to be hoped that the situation will change when his new movie, They Came From Upstairs, is released at the end of July. Austin co-stars with Ashley Tisdale and yummy Carter Jenkins. Unfortunately, the trailer seems to indicate that the film may be horrifically bad. We'll see.

Before he was the star of horrible movies Steven Strait was a mop-topped teen model. You may have seen him in the ridiculous 10,000 BC (Enslaved cavemen built the pyramids using woolly mammoths as beasts of burden, while fighting off sabre toothed tigers? In North Africa? Whaaa?) and the most (unintentionally?) over-the-top homoerotic mainstream film since, well, ever, The Covenant. So far as an actor he has impressed me with his good looks but not necessarily his acting ability. Maybe someday he'll get a chance to change my mind. I'm informed that he's a pretty good singer, but I'm not willing to sit through a film starring Ashlee Simpson to find out.

Carter Jenkins' new movie made a ton of money over the weekend, and it is totally not his fault that it sucks. Watching him act in a scene with Taylor Lautner (who has the funniest line in the movie, "I'm not comfortable taking my shirt off in public") it becomes clear that while Taylor is lovely and special and the big thing right now, Carter will be the one who will still have a career in twenty years time. I've been a fan of Carter for a long time, and I'm glad to see that others are finally catching on. His IMDb rating is up by a whopping 537% this week.

I found Prince of Persia to be exhausting, and not necessarily in a good way. But if it worked at all (and if you compare it to something as slapdash as the recent remake of Clash of the Titans it's a masterpiece) it's mainly due to the considerable charms of Jake Gyllenhaal. But be warned, if you go expecting him to be dressed like he is in these pictures you'll be sorely disappointed. It's the old bait and switch; the scene lasts for about a nanosecond.

Πριν από ένα μήνα περίπου ο Υπουργός Εθνικής Άμυνας, με απόφασή του δίνει το δικαίωμα σε στρατεύσιμους που υπηρετούν σε 23 ακριτικές μονάδες υψίστης δυσκολίας (όπως το αναφέρει), μετά από τη συμπλήρωση δύο μηνών εκεί να μετατίθενται σε μονάδες της επιλογής τους. Συγκεκριμένα μονάδες υψίστης δυσκολίας θεωρούνται αυτές που βρίσκονται στον βόρειο
Έβρο, Καστελόριζο, Τήλο, Νίσυρο, Σύμη και Σαμοθράκη. Η απόφαση αυτή αφορά τους καταταγμενους από την Α΄ 2011 ΕΣΣΟ και μετέπειτα.
Η απόφαση του Υπουργού αναφέρεται σε στρατεύσιμους χωρίς να κάνει καμία αναφορά εξαίρεσης των Δοκίμων. Θεωρώ πως και οι Δόκιμοι, από τη στιγμή που δεν είναι μόνιμοι αξιωματικοί καριέρας αλλά υπηρετούν την θητεία τους, είναι κι αυτοί στρατεύσιμοι και δικαιούνται κι αυτοί μετάθεση μετά την πάροδο δύο μηνών σ' αυτές τις περιοχές.

Άντε να διασχίσουν γέροι, γυναίκες, μικρά παιδιά την ομόνοια και να γλυτώσουν την
επίθεση. Η φτωχολογιά με την ψυχή στο στόμα. Λες και χάθηκε ο τρόπος αυτό το αστικό να
κάνει τέρμα πχ στο Σύνταγμα σε μια τέλος πάντων άλλη θέση, πιο ασφαλή και κοντά σε θέση
μετρό. Και η γραμμή του Αστικού που πήγαινε αεροδρόμιο και διέσχιζε παλιά το Σύνταγμα, τώρα εδώ και πολύ καιρό πηγαίνει από Αττική οδό. Για άλλες αστικές γραμμές ούτε συζήτηση, και ο συνωστισμός κυρίως σε ώρες αιχμής τριτοκοσμικός. Ακόμα και τα αυτονόητα για τους διοικούντες γίνονται αδύνατα.
